Our Lamb is 100% Grass-fed and finished. We raise our Lamb in a low-stress, natural environment and treat them humanely from birth to market. We do not confine our animals indoors except to protect their welfare or pastures for brief periods such as prior to and during birthing, or during extreme weather conditions. We try to raise them as close as we can to how they would naturally live. Our Lambs are hair Sheep which gives them a milder taste. They are Dry Aged that gives them a deeper, richer, or more complex flavor than factory-farmed meat does. All our meats are raised without antibiotic, steroids or added hormones.
